support services to assist with any technical issues. By joining and
paying for any paid portion of Instant Cash Machine, you agree to

If you decide to terminate your membership in the future your
membership fee will not be refunded. If we decide to discontinue our
service you will not receive a refund of you membership fee.

guarantee or imply that you will get rich, that you will do as well,
or make any money at all. There is no assurance you'll do as well.
If you rely upon our figures; You must accept the risk of not doing

Spam or Unsolicited Bulk Email :
The sending of spam (unsolicited bulk email) is not permitted. If
you use the The Instant Cash Machine website in any way to send
spam, your membership will be terminated immediately. Further if you
send spam by some other method(s) and that transmission is in any
way associated with your Instant Cash Machine membership, or if you
use spam to promote your Instant Cash Machine webpage, your
membership will be terminated immediately. We are the sole judge and
have final authority on what is to be considered spam. Furthermore,
we will hold you legally liable to the full extent of the law for
ANY spam complaints or legal proceedings associated with spam email
that originated from you or promotes your referral link at the
Instant Cash Machine site. We will pursue all legal options in
recovering legal fees, and penalties/fines that the Instant Cash
Machine system incurred by your malicious promotion of the system.
Emails :
By joining Instant Cash Machine YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM
admin@globewebbiz.com. Please add this email address to your address
book and mark all emails from admin@globewebbiz.com as NOT SPAM.
This is to ensure all members get activations, passwords, website
updates, new business info etc. Again, these emails may be for
updates, account issues, Instant Cash Machine promotions and
anything that Instant Cash Machine needs to relay to all members. No
Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed. If your email address
bounces or sends back Instant Cash Machine a message with an
autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. Once your
account is deleted you will have to contact admin@globewebbiz.com to
recover your account and you will be required to show proof of your
payment by supplying your Alertpay Reference No.
Acceptable Use/Acceptable Websites :
You may not use the Instant Cash Machine system to promote any site
related to adult content, pornography, spyware, adware, hacking,
illegal activities, hate-related sites, or any other website that is
considered offensive to the general public. Doing so will result in
immediate termination of your Instant Cash Machine membership, and
you will be reported to the relevant Authorities in your Country of
residence.
Misuse of the Instant Cash Machine System :
Misuse and/or abuse of the Instant Cash Machine System will result
in immediate termination of your membership. You may not use the
Instant Cash Machine System to promote any announcement/website
related to pornography, spyware, adware, hacking, spam, copyright
infringement, theft of service, illegal activities, or hate-related
sites, as per the paragraph above. All usage is tracked by IP number
and can be traced to your computer's IP number and your ISP. We work
with ISPs and anonymous proxy companies in order to detect abuse and
fraud, and we will report you to the relevant authorities when
necessary.
Liability :
Instant Cash Machine does not make any promises written or implied
as to the amount of money that can be made from Instant Cash
Machine. It is your responsibility to make sure your email address
for your Alertpay account is correct. Sales payments made to the wrong
account because of an incorrectly entered email is your
responsibility. Should your account at Alertpay be locked or
restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. Instant
Cash Machine will not be held liable.
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or
consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data,
arising in connection with this Agreement or your membership or the
Instant Cash Machine System website, even if we have been advised of
the possibility of such damages.
