If you decide to terminate your membership in the future your
membership fee will not be refunded. If we decide to discontinue our
service you will not receive a refund of you membership fee.

ethic, or your business skills or practices. Therefore we do not
guarantee or imply that you will get rich, that you will do as well,
or make any money at all. There is no assurance you'll do as well.
If you rely upon our figures; You must accept the risk of not doing
as well.
Spam or Unsolicited Bulk Email :
The sending of spam (unsolicited bulk email) is not permitted. If

spam, your membership will be terminated immediately. Further if you
send spam by some other method(s) and that transmission is in any
way associated with your The Money Is In The List membership, or if you
use spam to promote your The Money Is In The List webpage, your
membership will be terminated immediately. We are the sole judge and
have final authority on what is to be considered spam. Furthermore,
we will hold you legally liable to the full extent of the law for
ANY spam complaints or legal proceedings associated with spam email
that originated from you or promotes your referral link at the
The Money Is In The List site. We will pursue all legal options in
recovering legal fees, and penalties/fines that the The Money Is In
The List system incurred by your malicious promotion of the system.

bounces or sends back The Money Is In The List a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. Once your
account is deleted you will have to contact admin@globewebbiz.com to
recover your account and you will be required to show proof of your
payment by supplying your Alertpay Reference No.
Acceptable Use/Acceptable Websites :

related to adult content, pornography, spyware, adware, hacking,
illegal activities, hate-related sites, or any other website that is
considered offensive to the general public. Doing so will result in
immediate termination of your The Money Is In The List membership, and
you will be reported to the relevant Authorities in your Country of
residence.
Misuse of the The Money Is In The
List System :
Misuse and/or abuse of the The Money Is In The List System will result
in immediate termination of your membership. You may not use the
The Money Is In The List System to promote any announcement/website
related to pornography, spyware, adware, hacking, spam, copyright
infringement, theft of service, illegal activities, or hate-related
sites, as per the paragraph above. All usage is tracked by IP number
and can be traced to your computer's IP number and your ISP. We work
with ISPs and anonymous proxy companies in order to detect abuse and
fraud, and we will report you to the relevant authorities when
necessary.
Liability :
The Money Is In The List does not make any promises written or implied
as to the amount of money that can be made from The Money Is In The
List. It is your responsibility to make sure your email address
for your Alertpay account is correct. Sales payments made to the wrong
account because of an incorrectly entered email is your
responsibility. Should your account at Alertpay be locked or
restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. The
Money Is In The List will not be held liable.
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or
consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data,
arising in connection with this Agreement or your membership or the
The Money Is In The List System website, even if we have been advised of
the possibility of such damages.
Changes to Terms :
We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions
contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion,
by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site or on the
The Money Is In The List System members site. If any modification is
unacceptable to you, you have the right to terminate this agreement.
Your continued participation as a The Money Is In The List System member
following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our
site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
Guarantees or Lack Thereof :
